From our E-SHOP

Create your TEC customer account and activate the E-SHOP. You can then order your MOBIB card via the ‘Order a card’ tab. 

When your MOBIB/MOBIB basic card is added to your basket, you can then load the desired travel documents onto it. To do this, click on the ‘Load ticket onto card’ button and select which travel document you want. 

After validation of your payment, our service will send your card by post no later than three working days following your order. Bpost is then responsible for delivery times.

In all our ESPACES TEC

It’s instantaneous! For the personal MOBIB, come with proof of identity (+ ID photo if you do not have a Belgian National Register number). The photo for your MOBIB card must meet the same requirements as the photo for an identity card or passport. Find out more (pdf).

All you have to do is load a TEC transport document onto it:

• in an ESPACE TEC,
• from a SELF (vending machine),
• immediately available at the E-SHOP if you have already made at least one purchase on a SELF or in an ESPACE TEC.

If your status entitles you to lower fares, you will need to link your MOBIB SNCB, STIB or De Lijn card to a TEC customer account. You can do this in an ESPACE TEC.

This information, along with the travel documents present on your card, is available:

• via the E-SHOP: enter your MOBIB number or connect to your account,
• via our SELF: simply place your card into the reader. 

Your personal MOBIB card is secure. Quick! Ask for a duplicate of your card. Once the request for a duplicate has been made, your card will be blocked automatically. 

To request a duplicate, go to the E-SHOP or visit our ESPACES TEC with your ID card. You will recover all your currently valid travel documents and a new MOBIB card that is valid for 5 years (for a fee of €5).
Consider buying travel documents while you wait to receive your duplicate.

Duplicates are only available for personal MOBIB cards. Unfortunately we are unable to issue you one for a MOBIB Basic card or a disposable card. Take care!
