Are you aged 65 years or above? With the annual Express 65+ subscription, travel on the entire TEC network at reduced rates (€12 a year) or even free of charge if you have BIM status.

Our TEC advisers will assist you. Come with proof of identity (+ ID photo if you do not have a Belgian National Register number). You will leave with your annual Express 65+ subscription loaded directly onto your personal MOBIB card.

From our E-SHOP

1. If you do not have a MOBIB card:
   Create your TEC customer account and activate the E-SHOP. You can then order your non-transferable MOBIB card via the ‘Order a card’ tab. 
   
   When your non-transferable MOBIB card is added to your basket, you can immediately load your subscription onto it. To do this, click on ‘Load ticket onto card’ and select the Express 65+ subscription. 
   
   After validation of your payment, your card with the subscription will be posted to you no later than three working days following your order.
    
2. If you have a MOBIB card:
   Purchase your subscription on the E-SHOP. It will be loaded onto your MOBIB card at the latest the next day upon presentation of your card at a validator. Your subscription will have been loaded when the ‘Remote distribution complete’ message is displayed. 

Travel for free on the TEC network. Provide evidence of your status before ordering your personal MOBIB card (€5) and your subscription.

Signal your BIM status when creating your TEC customer account. 
Once your status has been validated, order your non-transferable MOBIB card and your free Express 65+ subscription.

Come to any ESPACE TEC to validate your status. Then ask for your non-transferable MOBIB card (€5) and your free Express 65+ subscription.

Your annual Express 65+ subscription is valid for one year. Consider renewing it each year:

• Via the SELFs (vending machines)
• On the E-SHOP
• In all our ESPACES TEC.

Don’t forget to ask to update your status in order to benefit from lower rates.

Do you want to travel on the STIB and De Lijn networks? Your personal MOBIB card will allow you to load other subscriptions with lower rates issued by the following companies:

• The 65+ subscription for the STIB network  
• The 65+ omnipass for travel on the De Lijn network

Consider buying your travel document in advance. You will benefit from lower rates than on board the transport vehicles. And to avoid annoyance during your journey: validate it each time you get on, including when you have to change. Have a nice trip!
