How does the E-SHOP work?

I still don’t have a MOBIB/MOBIB basic card

1. Create your TEC customer account as follows :
   
   Automatically
   Your information is filled in and validated automatically. You can therefore buy your MOBIB card and/or travel documents immediately ! 
   
   Manually
   Our sales team will validate the customer account you have created by the business day following your registration at the latest.
    
2. Order your MOBIB or MOBIB Basic card
   
   Log in to your customer account and order your MOBIB/MOBIB basic card using the ‘Order a card’ tab.
    
3. Order your travel documents

   
   When your MOBIB/MOBIB basic card is added to your basket, you can immediately load the desired travel documents onto it. To do this, click on the ‘Load ticket onto card’ button and select which travel document you want. 

   After validation of your payment, our service will send your card by post no later than three working days following your order. Bpost is then responsible for delivery times.  

   When you next make a purchase, your transport documents will be available on your MOBIB card the next morning, upon presentation of the card at a scanner or SELF.

I already have a MOBIB/MOBIB basic card

1. Log in using your MOBIB/MOBIB basic card number
   
   You can buy transport tickets, display the content of your MOBIB card or view your purchase history.
    
2. Log in to your customer account for more functionalities  
   
   You may buy a MOBIB card, request a reduction profile, download your tax certificates, order a duplicate, buy tickets for your beneficiaries, etc…

I have a MOBIB card from another operator (SNCB, STIB, De Lijn)

If you have already purchased TEC travel documents in an ESPACE TEC or at a SELF, you can log in to the E-SHOP using your MOBIB/MOBIB basic card number. 

If your status entitles you to lower fares, you will need to link your MOBIB SNCB, STIB or De Lijn card to a TEC customer account. You can do this in an ESPACE TEC.
