Avoid penalties
Some behaviour has no place on board!
Are you guilty of fraud? Have you been uncivil? Get ready to pay the price.
LITTLE BOUTS OF FORGETFULNESS HAVE THEIR PRICE !
If you haven’t scanned your subscription or another transfer ticket or if you have forgotten your subscription and are travelling without a travel document, you will have to pay an administrative fine of €10!
If you do not pay it, you could be fined €75.
FRAUD IS NO TRIFLING MATTER!
If you are travelling beyond the limits of your travel document for the first time, have not scanned your multi-journey ticket when you first board or are travelling without a valid travel document, you could be fined €50 in addition to the price of the journey. This fine has to be paid within 10 days following the offence.
If you do not pay it, you could be fined €75.
UNCIVIL BEHAVIOUR: A GOOD LESSON IN THE EVENT OF A FIRST OFFENCE.
If you are disrespectful (leave food or rubbish behind you, refuse to give up your seat to those with reduced mobility or the elderly, incorrect use of the alarm, disruptive behaviour, inappropriate behaviour, obstructing the service etc.), you will have to pay a fine of €75.
UNCIVIL BEHAVIOUR: DOUBLE PENALTY IN THE EVENT OF A SECOND OFFENCE.
If you reoffend and are disrespectful a second time or are not in possession of a valid travel document, you will have to pay a fine of €150.
FORGERY? REOFFENDING FRAUDER? MAXIMUM PENALTY.
Is this your third offence linked to your travel document? Or have you forged your travel document or used a MOBIB card that does not belong to you? In that case, you will be fined €300.
